How to measure chest/bust circumference
Measure around the fullest part of your chest with the tape measure under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
How to measure waist circumference
Place the tape measure around your waist at its narrowest point. For men, this is usually just a few centimeters below the navel.
How to measure hip circumference
Place the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 20 cm below the waist. Make sure the tape is level around your body and not twisted or too loose.
How to measure inseam length
Remove your shoes and stand straight with your feet slightly apart. Measure the distance from the crotch down to the floor along the inside of your leg. Ensure the tape measure is straight, not angled. It’s best to have someone help you hold the tape straight.
How to measure arm length
Measure from the shoulder down to the wrist along the outside of the arm, over the elbow. The arm should be slightly bent.
How to measure collar size
Measure around your neck, at the same height where a shirt collar usually sits.

Place the tape measure just above your eyebrows and ears. It should go around your head at the same height where a hat or cap would normally sit. Make sure the tape is neither too tight nor too loose — it should fit comfortably.

Take off your shoes. Place the tape measure flat on the floor and measure the distance from your heel to your longest toe. Ask someone to help you hold the tape straight, or tape it to the floor. If your measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size to allow room for your toes.

Width: Measure the circumference of your hand 20 mm (2 cm) above the thumb.

Length: Measure from your wrist to the tip of your middle finger to get the hand length.
