How to return items purchased from Pinewood's online store
How do I make a return for items purchased in Pinewood's online store?
We offer you a 30-day return and cancellation policy.
Returns must be unused with tags and original packaging intact. If this is not followed, the item will be returned to the user at their own expense.
Our return shipping fee is 7 €.
We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different color, size, or model, you must return the original order and place a new one.
Please note that the return must be made within 30 days of receiving the order.

- Fill out the return form included with your delivery.
- Place the return form in the package.
- Please reuse the original packaging.
- Seal your package securely.
- Attach the return label on top.
- Drop off the package at a pick-up point.
- Report your return to Klarna.
Note: You, as the customer, are financially responsible for ensuring that your return reaches us. Keep your submission receipt and note the package tracking ID for possible tracking of the package. Products returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery will not be accepted by Pinewood AB.
Confirmation and refund.
It may take up to 3 business days for our warehouse to process your return after it has arrived at our warehouse. You will be notified by email when your return is processed.
Once your return is processed and approved, you will be refunded, which will be done through Klarna to the payment method you provided at the time of purchase.
It may take up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear on the account used for payment.
Download the return form to be included with the return.
Are you missing your return address label to attach on top of the package?
Send an email to info@pinewood.se with the order number, first and last name, personal identification number, address, and telephone number, and we will send you a new return address label.
