A super tasty, cheesy and spicy lunch when out in nature!

You need

Tortilla bread

Pickled jalapeño

Grated cheese

Red onion


Sriracha mayonnaise


  1. Split a tortilla in two halves.
  2. Fill the halves with chopped red onion,  jalapeño, grated cheese and aragula.
  3. Fold into a triangle and fry on low heat until the cheese has melted. 
  4. Top with sriracha mayonnaise before serving.
