A fresh and tasty recipe with horseradish, lemon and radish.

Recipe for 2 people

You need: 

500 grams of potatoes

Oil

Salt 

 

Cream of horseradish:

1 deciliter of creme fraiche

3 tablespoons of horseradish

 

Topping: 

Leek

Scallion

Grated cheese of choice

Radish

Fresh dill

Lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes thinly.
  2. Put oil in the frying pan.
  3. Press the potatoes into a flat pankcake into the pan.
  4. Add salt and more oil.
    Fry until every side is crispy.
  5. Top with cream of horseradish, leek, scallion, cheese, radish, dill and lemon zest.
