Our aim is to always dispatch the order within one business day. After that, our shipping partner generally delivers within 1–4 business days.

You can track your package using the shipment ID provided in your delivery confirmation through the postal carrier that it was shipped with.

We want you to be satisfied with your Pinewood product and have the opportunity to inspect the item you have ordered. If the product is not as you imagined, you have a 30-day return policy.

For returns, the item must be in a condition that allows us to resell it, i.e., unused, in its original packaging, packed or folded correctly, with tags attached. If this is not followed, the product will be returned at the customer's expense.

Once the order is completed, no changes can be made. According to the agreement with Klarna, the delivery address provided at the time of purchase completion cannot be changed, and this is for the customer's own security.

We charge a fee for packages that are not picked up. The fee is currently 30 EUR and 300 DKK for Denmark. The cost is billed by Klarna.

Your package usually remains at your pick-up point for about 7 days from the arrival date. For more information regarding your package, please contact your pick-up point/agent.
