What happens if I don't pick up my package?

Your package usually remains at your pick-up point for about 7 days from the arrival date. If you do not pick up your package, it will be returned to us.

We currently charge 30 € (300 DKK for Denmark) for uncollected packages. The cost will be billed to you as the customer via Klarna.
