Size Guide
Choosing the right size is the key to comfort and performance in outdoor adventures. Our size guide helps you find the ideal fit for jackets, trousers, hats and other gear.
How to measure
1. How to measure your chest
Measure around the widest part of the chest with the tape measure under
your arms and across your shoulder blades. If you are a woman, you should measure with your bra on.
2. How to measure your waist
Place the measuring tape around your waist where it is the narrowest –
for women, this is usually just above the navel. For men, measure a few
centimeters below the navel. Pull the measuring tape lightly, but not so tight that it cuts into the skin. Stand straight and avoid holding in your stomach or tensing your abdominal muscles.
3. How to measure your hips
Place the measuring tape around the widest part of your hips, usually just below the hip bones. Make sure the tape measure is not angled or too loose.
4. How to measure your inseam length
Take off your shoes and stand straight with your feet apart. Measure the distance from your crotch down to the floor along the inside of your leg. Ensure the tape measure is straight and not angled. Ask someone for help to hold the tape measure straight.
5. How to measure your arm length
Measure from the shoulder down to the wrist along the outside of the arm, passing over the elbow. Keep your arm slightly bent while measuring.
6. How to measure your head
Place the measuring tape just above your eyebrows and ears. It should go
around your head at the same height where your hat or cap would normally sit. Make sure the tape measure is neither too loose nor too tight.
7. How to measure your neck circumference
Measure around your neck at the same height where a shirt collar usually sits.
