Pinewood’s Clothing Donation to Ukraine

With deep care for those affected by the war in Ukraine, Pinewood has donated 18 pallet boxes filled with clothing.

Supporting Those Affected by the War

These garments, covering all seasons—including rainwear—will now serve a new purpose: to provide comfort and protection to men, women, and children facing daily challenges. Instead of remaining unused in storage, these clothes will bring warmth where they’re needed most.

The Power of Collaboration

Pinewood is proud to be part of a larger network of dedicated partners ensuring that aid reaches those in need. We firmly believe that collaboration is key to making a real impact.

A Message from Our CEO

"We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute. Being part of this aid initiative to Ukraine is both humbling and rewarding. We also want to extend our thanks to the dedicated partners organizing this effort and enabling us to be involved," says Pinewood's CEO, Bengt Rimark.

Ensuring Safe and Effective Distribution

Initially, our goal was to deliver the aid directly to Ukraine. However, with safety as our top priority, we have chosen to collaborate with a trusted aid network that has already successfully assisted us with two previous shipments.

How the Clothing Reaches Those in Need

The clothing is being transported with NTG to a distribution center in Warsaw, Poland, before continuing its journey into Ukraine through our established contacts. These partners regularly coordinate aid deliveries to and from the region, ensuring that the clothing is distributed where it is needed most.
